Make WORD my default advanced edit e-mail signature program

My Outlook program opens Front Page when I want to create a new e-mail
signature. Which means none of my animated gifs will be animated. How do I
change the default program back to Word????

That is definitely not true.

Your default HTML editor is a Windows setting not an Outlook setting;
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs

FWIW: I recommend using FP for creating signatures instead of Word.
