Make pics smalller for e-mail

When I attempt to e-mail pics from My Pictures folder I
don't get anymore the option prompt to make the pictures
smaller for e-mail from the File and Folder Tasks. It
goes directly to the e-mail message window. How can I
restore the little wizard?

Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the opening textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI.....
