make hidden attributes viewable

Hello -

I see within our AD schema that there is an attribute within the user class
called "employeeID". Can anyone tell me how to make this attribute viewable
within our user account properties so that we may begin to populate it? I
did some searches on the KB and read the help, but the information was
vague.

You can't just make it visible to drfault AD Users and computers snap-in.
You must create a custom tool to populate that field, or extend AD Users and
computers snapin. See
