I would like to make changes to a windows XP home edition user accounts.
There are two accounts on this computer. One is currently an administer
account and the other a user account. How can I switch this around & make
the current administrater a user and the user the administrater. Thanks.

Start in safe mode, logon using the default administrator account [this
acc is only visible in safe mode] then promote /demote your other two
user accounts
