Make an emailed powerpoint invite open automatically to slideshow?

I have created an invitation that I want to email, but I want the invitation
to automatically start playing the slide show when people open the
attachment. At the moment you open the attachment and then you have to go to
view slide show, which kind of loses it's momentum!

Save as
Then in "save as type" scroll down till you find "powerpointshow *.pps"

Along with what John has said, the recipient must also have the full version
of PowerPoint or the PowerPoint viewer installed on their system
