1. Press the Print Scrn key.

2. Paste (Ctrl+V) into MS Paint, or MS Word.

Use Alt+PrtScrn if you want only the active window.

ALT+PrintScreen to capture the Active application window (PrintScreen by
itself will capture the entire screen)

Then Paste it into Paint, Word, etc. and crop it to suit
