make a function that add number 1 in another number

Dear all
i am trying to make a formula or to find a way to solve
the following problem
a have in a call A1 a number e.g 5
i want to find a way that each time that the week changes
and specifically every monday, to add in that number the
number one (1. So if right now have the number 5 the next
monday to see the number 6 the following monday to see the
number 7 and so on....)
during the week i do not want to have any changes....
I tried to bring in one cell the current day from the
system and after that using the If function to make it
work but i did not manage....
Could someone help me?
