To make diagrams in Word, excel, or Power Point is the same technique. You
use the microsoft shapes which you can add to a toolbar. The diagrams can be
copied from one tool to another. You may need to group the shapes before
copying.
These diagrams aren't very good. You may want to use Visio or some other
tool to create better diagrams.
