Major problems

I am unable to right click anything. None of my drop down
menus work. When I try to type using Word, the drop down
menus suddenly appear for no reason and some of the
letters skip.

I have run numerous virus scans and my computer is not
infected.

What could the problem be?

It could always be a hardware issue with your mouse. Do you have another one
you can try?

thats whats so great about the mac. Everything is plug and play

Windowes has not mastered that feature yet.
