IIRC, the SMTP standards for email require that all CRs get stripped off
when mail is transfered by an MTA so it's actually best to form emails
using just line feeds.
Watch out though! The feature of being able to specify anything other
than the To: address is entirely dependent on the installed mail client
that handles the mailto: link. AFAIK The whole
?subject=blah&body=someStuff&etc= is completely non-standard and support
varies wildly among the various mail clients. Developer beware! Blat to
the rescue.
Ack! I guess it's standard now, missed that RFC2368!
