Mail

for over a week now, i cannot get into my Mail,,the only
way i can do it, is first go to Web2mail, this seemed to
have happened right after i downloaded a windows update .
Can you help me with this,,,did this occur after i
downloaded a recent security update??

Hello ELR,
we will need more information.

1. What type of mail client? Outlook, ISP, AOL, OE?
2. What is the error when you attempt to access your mail?
3. Which Security update?
4. Have you tried removing the update to see if that gets you back into
your mail?
