I'm using Outlook 2000 in the Corporate/Workgroup mode, Windows 2000.
Outlook is loaded on my machine but we keep our mailbox.pst files on our
file server so each of us can access the 3 different mail accounts we have.
Only one account is having this problem:
Today I tried to send out some mail and it wouldn't leave the outbox. I can
receive mail, but can't send. I managed to delete two of the messages that
were in the outbox but there is one left that I can't get rid of. I closed
Outlook, and now when reopening, it hangs up. I have to close Outlook using
Task Manager. I was told to try to repair Outlook, but I understand that is
accessed by opening Outlook. Since it hangs up, I can't click on anything.
Any suggestions???
