mail setup

am trying to set up windows live using a yahoo account i enter all the info
for pop server and smtp server along with username and password but when i
try to send and receive it will not recognize username and password. have to
keep re-entering it and still will not let me sign on and use could someone
please help

If you have a free US account, then you can't access the POP servers.
You need to have the Plus account.
