can anyone plz tell me what is the incoming and outgoing mail server names
for a GMAIL account or where i can get this info.....

If you have to use the Outlook Express directions, use them under
Windows Mail instead.

I have the same problem with the windows mail (incoming and out going mail
server)
I tried with imap.gmail.com as incoming server and smtp.gmail.com as out
going server but its still error

Did you enable POP on your Gmail account, set the port numbers, and enable
SSL as they described? If you didn't, the connection won't work.

You are using a mixture of POP and IMAP settings.
You need to decide which protocol you want to use, then use
only the settings for that protocol:
