Mail server software for Vista?

Has anyone found mail server software (inbound/outbound SMTP on port 25)
which runs under Vista?

So far, I've tested the trial versions of Kerio, Merak, Argosoft,
MDaemon and Mercury Mail Servers all of which have problems of one kind
or another when run under Vista.

TIA.

In Vista IIS 7 ( Internet Information Server )

is said to be included (control panel-> programs -> turn Windows fetures on
or off )

This is a full webserver for HTTP FTP NNTP Mails and the like..

I haven't tested yet, but IIS always included also a Mailserver on NT/2000
and XP-so should Vista do.

The IIS 6 ( XP ) was relatively easy to set up for a tiny server-project.

Thanks, I hadn't noticed that feature. Unfortunately, the Vista RC1
version of IIS only seems to support FTP/HTTP - I can't find anything
about SMTP in there.
