Mail Message Rules

I have ***SPAM*** as an e-mail message rule in my outlook
express. I have it programed to have everything with this
in the subject to be thrown in a specified folder. Some
stuff gets sent to the assigned folder, but others filter
through to my inbox. What am I doing wrong? It's like
whenever it feels like throwing it into my specified
folder it does. Very strange.

Any help at this time is greatly apprecited!
