Mail Message cannot be Found

Suddenly, the majority of my saved mail cannot be read. I get the following
message:

Message cannot be found
The contents of this message cannot be found.

Everything in the mail is gone. The Sender says: Sender Unspecified.

Not all the mail is that way, but the majority of it is. What's the deal?

Reboot first and see if it will rebuild the database as it sounds like it's
gotten corrupted. Right now it's hard to tell which is worse the old DBX
files for OE or this Jet database.

Sounds like the database of your Windows Mail has become
corrupted, possibly by an antivirus program.

At this point I can only recommend staying with WinMail for
masochistic techies like myself. :)
For the rest of you everyday ordinary users, please switch
to another email program. Mozilla Thunderbird is free:
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/

Wow,
Just happenned to me as well- scarrrrrrrrrry
This is a code issue. I have the default Mcafee security center that Dell
shipped with this machine.
I cannot beleive it....
