mail merge

Superstar!

I have created about 600 mail merge documents. How do I
save the merged documents with the fields that I have
created so that when I open the main document I don't have
to search for the record that goes with it?
I would like the saved document to be a camera shot of the
document so the mail merge properties do not work.
