Mail merge with predefined templates questions

I downloaded a business card template from MS Office site. I want to automate the process of 'filling in' all these data entry points, especially to propagate the entries throughout all the cards. There are field codes (MacroButtons) defined as 'DoFieldClick' with names such as [Company Name], [address], etc in all the data entry points. I would like to learn how to use these macros to automate data entry into these fields. I had no luck researching this. Does someone know of a tutorial?

I DO NOT want to learn to design and implement macros, I want to learn to use the existing ones. I assume this is similar in function to mail merge, maybe just a part of it.
