Mail Merge with Contact Groups in Address Book

I am having problems doing a mail merge (in MS Word) using my contact groups
in Windows Address Book. Is this possible? Here's what I've tried so far:
MS WORD : MAILINGS : MAIL MERGE : SELECT RECIPIENTS : USE EXISTING LIST. At
this point, I can't find the address book. Any help would be appreciated.
(By the way, I do not have OUTLOOK.)

I appreciate the the quick response. I tried your suggestion of exporting my
contacts to a CSV file (thanks!), which worked fine, but I was only able to
do this for all my contacts, not specific groups. Here's the issue...I'm
wanting to print address labels for Christmas cards from a Friends & Family
contact group. I could export all my contacts, then delete the ones I don't
want, but to me, this is a waste of time and defeats the purpose of me having
those people in a designated group. Doesn't this seem like a common task for
us home users?? For more information, I'm using Vista, Windows Mail, and MS
Office 2007 (without Outlook)...and I hate not being able to figure this
stuff out on my own! :)
