Hi all,
I want to complete a mail merge when the data for the merge is found within
an excel file. No problem here so far... In the past I have merge all fields
onto 1 page per client. However I'm downsizing the information needed and
find that I could put 2 clients (pages) of information onto 1x A4 page. This
is where the problem occurs. When I try to print 2 pages to one....the font
drops to 6pt and there is still significant space between the 2 pages (found
now on a single page). If I return to 1 client per page the font goes back to
the normal 12pt. I know somebody is going to ask if both lots of information
can indeed fit on 1 page and the answer is yes.
Please help as this is going to save me about 500 sheets of wasted paper
per month.
