Mail Merge Using Excel and Word 2003

Guest

I have an excel file with 2 Columns. One column has the person's Name and
the second Application. One Person can be assigned to Multiple Applications.
I would like to mail merge this file to a Word letter; however, I keep
getting multiple letters for the same user. I would like to have the User's
Name listed once with the many applications that User is assigned to.

Is this possible to do?

Thanks,

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TWFyaWx5bg==?=,

There's a short discussion, with links to sample files, in the "Special Merges"
section of my site's Mail Merge FAQ. Basically, it can be done, but you have to
"coerce" Word into it.
