Mail Merge Using A Query

G

Guest

I have a simple database with 1 table (customers) and 1 query (about pets).

Now I know I can mailmerge using the customers table, but how do I do a mailmerge with the pets query so the letter I do is dependent on the kind of pet. I have set up the query with the question box popping up [Enter Pet Type].

Any help will be greatly appreciated,

Many Thanks,
Matthew

Hi =?Utf-8?B?c3RpbmdyYXkzMDAw?=,

Which version of Word are you using? (I gather the database is in Access...)

Also, please note: for future questions on mail merge you're more likely to get a quick response in the word.mailmerge.fields group.
