Mail merge labels

Ityped a letter and then started my mail merge thinking I wanted to merge the
names into the letter. Instead, I want labels. When I open my letter and
the names in the list of names, I cannot figure out how to get the names to
merge onto labels. Please help. I am at work and need them now. Thank you.
