Mail Merge-Get string of F keys

When I do a mail merge (for labels) in Word 2002, I access a Exel
sheet (2002). I keep getting a string of F-Keys instead of the
headings/data of: Last Name--First Name--Address--ZIP--St.

Is the sheet with the data first in line in your workbook?

Or are you using a named range?

I think the problem was that I had other rows above the name etc with countA etc...took them out...corrected..thanks.
