Whenever I opened a mail merge document on my old computer, after choosing
the SQL command, my document would open with the merge data ready to use. The
same files on my new computer opens at my data sources and I have to step
through the folders until I find my excel document. Both operating systems
are XP. Have I missed a setting somewhere?
