HELP !!!! Mail Merge Bug

Hi... i have a mail templete with hard coded hyperlinks and email links...

I need to send mails to over thousands or receipents.

I've faced a problem whereby the links would become plan text after the 1000++ receipent or sometimes before the 100th. Sometimes it wouldn't have any problem at all...

Anyone can help pls ?... Urgent
