mail.live.com Blocked Senders List

[New Orleans Novice]

The blocked senders list will not keep the additions. XP Home, IE 7.x, All
MS Updates. No other problems except with Live One Care and IE passwords.

It has 25 names. I add a new name and it stick. I check email then come
back to options and the new name is still there.

The next day when I receive an email from that "email address", that new
name in the " http:/'mail.live.com" blocked list is gone.

I googled but no luck.

And the resolution for not retaining Block Senders after adding additional entries was ?

And the resolution for not retaining Block Senders after adding additional
entries was;

1) Stopped moving their email from spam to INBOX to view the message.

2) removing their address from the contact list.

Or a combination of both events.
