Mail is being delivered in Deleted Items folder

Hello friends, lately many of our Outlook XP users are getting their emails
delivered in their deleted items folder. But not all the email ends up in
del items folder, it is sporadic. I have installed the Office xp sp3 .

Do these users have any rules set up diverting mail to
specific folders?

Yes they do for Junk, if they maked an emails as junk it goes either to user
created junk folder or deleted items folder.

Have you checked to make sure that those rules do not
incorporate words that might show up in legitimate emails
that are being sent to the deleted items folder?

You need to manage you Exchange Clients centrally and not
depend on user's to keep things straight.
