By "click on the macro" do you mean in Tools/Macro/macro, or do you mean a
toolbar button?

If the latter, chances are the toolbar and macro weren't stored in the same
file. The toolbar has transferred across, but can't find the macro. Was the
macro perhaps saved in the Normal.dot, while the toolbar was in your template?

Hi Cindy
I believe the problem was the security level. I changed the security level
yesterday but did not restart word. When I have retried it this morning with
the lower security level and restarting word it is working ok.
Thanks Jeanne
