Macro Security

I want to be able to digitally sign Access 2000 VBA code.
It can be done in Word and Excel but I don't see the same
menu items on Access. My customers don't want to keep
seeing the security warning dialogs they get in Access
2003 and don't want to reduce Macro security to 'Low'.
Any assistance would be appreciated. I have been unable
to locate anything in documentation or help that would
provide me the solution.
