Macro in Outlook

I have Office 2007. In emails I find myself manually adding 3 points
after a paragraph. It would be easier to have a macro for this simple
task. But there is no macro recorder that I can find. And, I think,
macros recorded in Word won't work for Outlook emails. Any ideas?
