macro error

I have made a mcro that opens and prints a report. This works well but when I
use a command button on a form to run the macro, it prints the form as well
as the macro. Is there any way to get the button just to print the report?

Anniemac,

What are the details of the macro? Normally you would just use an
OpenReport action to print the report.

I am doing an HNC in IT and have to show that I can use macros in database by
using a command button to run a macro. The macro is open report/print report
and works on it's own. Itis just through the command button that it does not
work.

Annie,

Sorry, I don't understand. When I said "what are the details of the
macro?", I meant what action(s) and arguments are included in the macro?

As I mentioned, I would normally expect an OpenReport action with the
View argument set to Print. Is this what you have? If so, I can see no
reason why the form would be printed as well. Are there any other
actions in the macro besides the OpenReport?
