machine keeps crashing

Can anyone suggest why my machine keeps crashing? There
are some days it doesn't crash at all and some days it
does nothing but crash. I have McAfee running and
checked for the Sasser worm.
Is there anywhere I can get a solution to the problem

My computer...right click properties.....advanced..startup&recovery..settings
uncheck....automatically restart
that wont solve your problem but at least now you will get a specific error
message
copy it and post back
