MAC adress of network bridge

Hello!
Anybody can help me?
I want to connect second computer to internet, using
network bridge in win xp. Provider identify me with IP
and MAC adress of my NIC. If I create network bridge, Win
XP combine two NICs to one, using one IP (I can change
it) and MAC ( randomly generated), and I need to change
it to NIC's adress. But nowbody know how can I do it.
It's the last chance to me.

Do not bridge. Read built-in Help about ICS.

This is the wrong approach. If you are having trouble
setting it up, imagine how hard it will be to maintain.
Jetro's recommendation of Internet Connection Sharing is
a good one.
