lsass.exe - System Error

Upon startup of Windows XP a window pops up
called "lsass.exe - System error". The text of the box
reads "Object Name not found." and an OK button. If I
either try to close the window or click OK the computer
restarts. Applications and Internet explorer work. Four
files named "lsass.exe" were found by searching. How can
I get rid of this window? Thanks
