LSASRV and USERENV errors on main server

Please help, I have an environment with many sites. Hub
and spoke netowork and AD topology. KCC is turned off on
all sites, and replication is managed manually. I am
getting the following errors on my 2k3 DC in the master
site. I have DNS on this server as well. Can someone
tell me what this is meaning?
