LSA Shell Problem

Hi
I believe I encountered the sasser worm. I have successfully downloaded and installed the removal tool. Okay, so it is not shutting down anymore but...............now, the following message box appears. I am looking for solutions to rectify this problem. The message reads

LSA Shell (Export Version
SzAppname: lsass.exe SzAppVer: 5.1.2600.1106 SzModname: Unknow
SzModver: 0.0.0.0 offset: 0000000

Can anyone help me??
