Can anyone help with this one?
My Nikon LS-200035mm scanner worked OK and then lay unused for 2 years. It now produces what looks like hopelessly contrasty scans. The highlights are so burnt out there is no information in them at all. Neither the Nikon nor the Silverfast corrections will remedy it.
Thanks for your help.

welcome to PCR

My first thought was, you may need to replace the lamp, but, that Nikon scanner uses LEDs ... so I'm lost.
