Windows NT, 2000, XP and 2003 does not like to have any device other
than a printer to be connected to a parallel port (LPT.)

Nonsense. As long as the device manufacturer has provided the
necessary device drivers, none of these operating systems will have a
problem.

This device is avr isp programator (it's home made).

I still don't have any idea what that is, but input devices cannot
normally be shared. If this device is ment to be shared, it's
manufacturer (you?) will have to provide the necessary device drivers.

If you read the original post, the device is "hommade" so the
manufacturer (original poster) may not have any "enhanced" drivers.
