I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the focus to work in
XP like it did in 2K for this application. I set the focus option in
Tweak UI to just flash twice when application is requesting focus, but
it has no effect and the flashing is endless until you click the
taskbar button. I would like the behavior to be such that when I
recieve a message, the taskbar just lights up, but does NOT flash.
This was occuring in Windows 2000, but XP does the flashing which is
too annoying, yet if you turn off the taskbar alert completely in
Sametime option, you don't know when a new message was typed to you.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
