Lots of Errors

Im not sure what to do about these problems or where they came from. First everytime I reboot my computer my display setting go back to the way they were before I had a video card,, my monitor and video drivers are installed. After each login at xp, I get these errors.

-FireDaemon.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x00145532" referenced memory at "0x000000ac". The memory could not be "written".

-FireDaemon has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience,, for more information about this error, click here, which tells me Error signature

szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

I dont know what to do about any of this, I have ran spyware, adaware, virus scanners, nothing is working. On top of that my computer is running at 100%. Anyone have any suggestions?
