Lost XP reinstallation disc

I need to reformat my hard drive and reinstall windows xp,
but have lost the reinstallation disc supplied when i
bought the laptop. I have the receipt for the laptop, and
the xp product key. What should I do?

If the XP CD is a Retail one, try there:

"How to replace lost, broken, or missing Microsoft software or hardware"

If you have/had an OEM CD, you will need to contact your supplier.

Contact the laptop manufacturer.
They and not Microsoft are the only ones that can replace that OEM CD.

Contact the support department of the manufacturer
of your laptop and request a replacement of their
reinstallation CD designed for your specific laptop
model.

As it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.
