Following a mistake using system restore, my PC refuses to write to my
removable USB flash drive. Prior to the error, XP recognised it as a
removable HDD: now it recognises it as a Removable Storage device. I can
read it and delete from it, but I can't write - error message is that the
'file or directory cannot be created.'
If I try to restore to an even earlier point, I'm warned that the restore
won't work in respect of the drive in question.
Next steps, anyone, please??
TIA
