Lost the Recycle Bin Help

Hello!
I've used one of those comercial Tweak Xp programs to
remove the Recycle Bin from the Desktop, now that I want
to restore the Recycle Bin icon to "show-up nothing
happens". I've uninstalled this Tweak Xp program but
nothing gets restored. The Recycle Bin icon is also not
listed as a choice under other programs like Tweak UI-98,
or TweakUI for XP. The Recycle bin works fine but it does
not show up on the desktop. Is there a registry file fix
that I can download that will fix this problem? Please
help.

On-Star,

First thing to try is to have a read of the following, and try out the
suggestion, in your case you want to disable or switch to not configured.
Not Enable.

If you are an XP home users post back as the registry fix may need
explaining a little more clearly. The following is the Microsoft KB on
