Lost slave hard drive

Craig

My pc crashed and when I re-booted I had lost my 20gig slave hard
drive. I have checked the bios settings at start up and it is there,
but does not show up in Win2K. I would like some help to recover this
drive. Any ideas as I am well and truly stumped!

Regards to all

Go to the hard disk manufacturer's web site and download their diagnostic software
respective to your hard disk. After the test, you will know if the hard disk is bad or
not..

What happens when you go Start-settings-Control Panel-Administrative
tools-computer management-disk Management
Does the disk show up there, possibly as a dynamic, unreadable ?

Thanks Dave.
