Lost *.pst files

Hugh Gilmore

Having set up both Mum and Dad as Users on Windows XP, I installed Office
2000 before deciding to swap the names around in XP's User Accounts. I have
easily changed my default file positions within Word, Excel etc to the
correct documents. However the path for my Personal Folders in Outlook 2000
continues to point at C:\ Documents and Settings\Mum....\outlook.pst when I
open Outlook in Dad as XP's user and though I want to force Outlook to look
for its files elsewhere on my network, I can't because Find File searches
are unable to see any *.pst files on my computer (they can find all those on
the rest of the network). I'm really frustrated by this and would greatly
appreciate help.

Many thanks

Hugh Gilmore

The default location is in a hidden folder so you have to be sure to include
hidden files and folders in your search criteria.
