a year or so ago i set up a machine with XP pro on it for a friend... i did
not set an administrator password.... he has now entered his own user
password and forgotten it. how can i tell him how to log on as
administrator etc so he can reset his user password? he gets as far as
the default user log on screen and no further.....
many thanks if anyone can help!

Hit ctrl-alt-del twice while on the welcome screen, log on box will popup,
put in administrator for user, put in password(if any), hit enter.
