lost password in windows login

I have lost the password to the Windows Login. I am
using 2000 professional. Someone sent me a file to
download and burn to CD and use at start-up but it didnt
work.. Surely there's someone out there that can help me
clear the password or try something else.....

Unzip the file, burn the ISO (image) to CD and boot with it - it's asmall
Linux distro. You have to use the BURN IMAGE feature of you CD burning
software. It won't work if you just copy the ISO file onto the CD. The CD
will have 6 files on it once properly burned - you can view the contents in
Windows Explorer.
