The only thing that comes to mind is to try right-clicking on the old file
and choosing "Restore previous versions". However, you need certain versions
of Vista to do that (I believe Business and Ultimate). That feature is not
included in the Home versions. Check MS' web site for more accurate info.
Otherwise, if you didn't save a copy on your own (which I suspect you will
from now on), you're probably out of luck.
